What is the difference between "Brand New" and "Used"?

  • Brand New: New, unused watches with their protective plastics (in most cases) and complete set of box and documentation.
  • Used/Vintage: Watches that have had a previous owner. They have been mechanically serviced and cosmetically restored. Each product description details whether it shows signs of wear or if it retains its original box.
Are any purchases final and non-refundable?

We cannot accept returns on certain items, such as custom-made watches that the customer has specifically requested.

When will I receive my watch?

At Canary Chrono, we work to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

  • Canary Islands: For watches shipped to the Canary Islands, delivery times are 24-72 business hours.
  • Peninsula: For watches shipped to the Peninsula, delivery times will be between 3 and 7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to both the Canary Islands and the Peninsula is completely free.

Customs and shipping?

We make all our shipments from our offices in the Canary Islands.

Do you ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands? Yes, we ship to all of Spain and Europe. We work with insured express couriers (DHL, Nacex, FedEx, or Correos Express) to ensure your watch arrives quickly and safely.

Is the shipment insured? Yes. All our shipments are insured for the full value of the item. If the package is lost (which is extremely rare), we'll refund your money or send you another watch. You assume no risk.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

  • For customers in the Canary Islands: There are no customs duties or extra charges. The price you see is the final price.
  • For customers in the Peninsula: Please note that there may be customs fees, customs management fees and taxes at destination are the responsibility of the buyer , although we prepare the documentation to expedite the process.
