1. Commitment to Authenticity
At Canary Chrono, trust is our most valuable asset. We guarantee in writing that all our watches are 100% original and authentic .
Each piece undergoes a strict visual and mechanical inspection before being put up for sale.
- Brand New Watches: Delivered with original case, manuals, tags and the official brand warranty card stamped by an authorized distributor (depending on origin) and our Canary Chrono guarantee
- Used/Vintage Watches: These are inspected by our watchmakers to ensure the movement and components are genuine. They are delivered with a case (original or complimentary) and a purchase invoice that proves their legal origin.
2. Warranty Coverage
For Brand New (New) watches:
We offer the Official Manufacturer's Warranty (usually 2 or 3 years, depending on the brand).
- This guarantee is valid internationally.
- It covers any manufacturing defects in the machinery or assembly.
- It can be claimed at any Official Technical Service of the brand or managed through us.
For "Used" or "Vintage" watches:
We offer a 1 Year Canary Chrono Warranty on the operation of the machinery.
- If the watch develops a mechanical fault during the first 12 months, our watchmakers will repair it at no cost to you.
3. What is NOT covered by the warranty?
In accordance with international watchmaking standards, the warranty (both official and our own) excludes:
- Natural wear and tear: Battery life, wear of straps (leather, rubber, textile) or superficial scratches on case and crystal from daily use.
- Accidental damage: Broken glass, bumps, falls or dents.
- Water damage: If the model's water resistance instructions have not been followed. If the crown was not properly closed or screwed in when it came into contact with water.
- Improper handling: Watches opened or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
4. How to process the warranty?
If you have any problems with your watch, please send us an email to canarychrono@gmail.com indicating your order number and the problem detected.
- We will provide you with the shipping instructions.
- Once received, our technicians will evaluate the watch.
- If the fault is covered, we will proceed with the repair or replacement as soon as possible.
